1. Every delegation has to appoint ONE representative to be present in the Draw and Manager Meeting as scheduled below:
   Date : 23 November 2007 (Friday)
   Time : 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
   Venue : Rambler Crest Club House
2. Any changes of competition rules for the orderly running of the Championships will be announced in the Manager Meeting.

One set of draw results will be issued to each Delegation after 7:00 p.m. on 23 November 2007 (Friday). Please send a representative to the Event Office to collect the draw results.
