- The invitation is NOT transferable; additional Welcome Dinner tickets for other guests or companions could be purchased at a rate of US$50 each.
- Invited guests should bring along their Welcome Dinner tickets for entry.
- Dress code: smart-casual.
- Charter coach will be provided to and from Official Hotel and venue.
